Ryan Kaji, a 9-year-old Vietnamese boy living in Texas, topped the Forbes list of the world’s highest paid YouTube bloggers once again. And this is already the 3rd consecutive year that he topped the list.

In 2020, when many other 9-year-old children are still taking online courses at home, Ryan has already been testing toys in front of camera. During this year, his family has made nearly $30 million on YouTube by making toy-unpacking videos. In 2018 and 2019, he topped this blogger ranking for 2 consecutive times, with 22 million $ and 26 million $ respectively. This year is the third time that he retained the title.

Meanwhile, his brand clothing, toys, and series of product collaborations also brought him nearly $200 million.
Children blogger - another kind of childhood with strong commercial atmosphere
After visiting Ryan’s channel on YouTube, we found that this “genius internet celebrity child” is very talented in video content creation.
Facing the camera, the chubby boy was adorkable at one moment, and innocent and lively the next, always wearing a vivid and childlike expression. In the video, the joy and surprise he expressed when opening the toy box was as real as it was about to overflow the screen.
Maybe the bigger the pressure in adult world is, the more attractive the joy in the eyes of children will be. His channel not only attracted a large number of preschool children, but also harvest a lot of attention from young parents.
